What if my insurance doesn't cover visits? ▼
No problem. You can pay 1) out of pocket 2) Use HSA/FSA 3) Request a Superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement after paying out of pocket.
What can I expect during a session? ▼
Your session is personalized based on your goals, not a generic meal plan. We'll discuss medical history, labs, current habits and lifestyle factors, nutrition and exercise, practical strategies and goal setting. Follow ups focus on progress, support and adjusting your plan accordingly.
Do you only work with people trying to lose weight? ▼
Nope! I help clients with a wide range of goals, including managing diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, PCOS, reducing inflammation, improving energy and digestion, building a better relationship with food, fuelings, building strength and more!
Where are sessions held? ▼
You have the option for in-person office visits located at 125 Trade Street, STE E, Lexington, KY 40511 located inside Motiv8 Fitness or Telehealth video sessions.
