High Protein Dessert Bowl

Ingredients

3/4 cup 2% Fage Greek Yogurt

1 Tbsp Sugar-Free Jello Instant Pudding Mix (any flavor you like, my favorites- vanilla, cheesecake, chocolate fudge, pistachio)

Splash of milk (optional, if you need to thin it out)

1/4 cup Sugar-Free Cool Whip

Optional toppings in moderation: oreo thins, fruit, crushed mini version of your favorite candy bar, sugar free prepared jello, cereal or other favorite snack food

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Adjust amount of jello powder to your sweetness preference. Add toppings & enjoy!
