Getting Started with Nutrition Coaching and Counseling

You have identified you need to make some changes to your eating habits and lifestyle maybe on your own or by your doctor. Let’s meet and get you started with a clear action plan to help you see results.

New patients are required to start with a 60 minute initial consultation where we cover a full assessment including review of medical history and lab results in addition to detailed evaluation of current diet.

From there, we’ll decide together the best plan based on your goals.

I offer Telehealth and In-Person Office visits in Lexington, KY.

Cost: $175

Insurance Accepted: Anthem, United Healthcare (please verify nutrition benefits before your appointment using THESE instructions)

Other payment options: HSA/FSA, credit card, check

Now that you’re scheduled start to make a list of questions or topics you might like to discuss during our first session. I might also ask you to keep a written food journal a few days before our appointment so I can better understand what your day to day looks like. The more information you can provide to me on our first visit, the better I can help you.

While a minimum number of visits isn’t required to work with me, I highly recommend keeping at least 3 visits in the first 3 months. Follow up sessions are 30-45 minutes every 2-4 weeks. Follow up sessions are $55 per session.
